    ASTM A320 Grade B8P Class 2 stud bolts are cold strain hardened from high-nickel 305 stainless steel to achieve higher strength while retaining excellent formability. These studs deliver 125 ksi tensile strength with 100 ksi yield in smaller diameters, offering a unique balance between mechanical performance and fabrication ease. B8P Class 2 stud bolts are particularly valued in specialty valve flanges, instrumentation manifolds, and precision pressure equipment where cold-headed or deeply formed stud feature must coexist with adequate bolt preload and vibration resistance.
